The same policy you’ll find inside the app, under Account → Privacy. It covers what OrderingFlow collects, what happens to a shelf-scan photo, and what we send to your distributors on your behalf.
Data Collection
We collect essential business information including inventory levels, storage locations, product preferences, and distributor contact details. This data is used solely to facilitate the core ordering and inventory management features of the application.
Image Analysis
When using the Shelf Scan feature, photos of your liquor shelves are processed in real-time using Google Gemini AI models. These images are transmitted securely for the purpose of product identification and stock counting. OrderingFlow does not store these photos permanently on our servers after analysis is complete.
Vendor Communication
When you place an order, OrderingFlow generates automated email summaries dispatched to your selected vendors. These emails contain only the specific items associated with each vendor. By using the ordering feature, you authorize us to transmit this information to your listed distributors on your behalf.
Third-Party Services
We leverage industry-standard AI services provided by Google to provide smart restock suggestions and image analysis. Your data is handled in accordance with professional security protocols.
Data Control
You maintain full control over your inventory and vendor lists. You may add, edit, or remove any data entry at any time within the respective management panels.
